Cask Strength was released a couple of years ago as a Father’s Day edition. Now we have received a small number of bottles to Sweden so that we too get the chance to partake in a unique edition from Wolfburn.
Wolfburn Cask Strength is a whisky that consists of 7-year Oloroso aged whisky combined with whisky aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon casks with 10 ppm smokiness.
It has an alcohol content at cask strength of 58.2% vol, which has given it its name. Smell : , Vanilla, and sweet fruits followed by butterscotch
We are also releasing our Danish Gin from Thornaes Distillery, Mad Owl Gin.
It is a mild gin that is excellent in gin & tonics as well as in cocktails. Mad Owl Rhubarb can also be used as a sipping Gin and stands well on its own.
Mad Owl also comes in three flavor profiles, London Dry, Citrus and Herbal which contains flavors such as Rosemary and Basil.

Taste : Hazelnuts and spicy fruits along with syrup followed by elegant notes of smoke.
Finish : Toffee caramel and brown sugar that give a sweetness at the end while the smoke fades.
